FAQ

To book your car, you just need a credit or debit card. When picking up the vehicle you will need:

  • The credit/debit card of the main driver, with sufficient balance to cover the security deposit.
  • The driving license of the main driver, with a minimum age of 12 months (sometimes 24 months).
  • The passport or identity document and any other document that the supplier requires.

We require the primary driver to be over 21 years old.

Yes, as long as said person meets these requirements. You will only have to enter their data when making the reservation.

The deposit or guarantee payment will be released or reimbursed to your credit card as soon as you return the automobile without causing any damage. It typically takes this transaction 7 to 10 business days to show. To check it, first get in touch with your bank.

Please inform us/the rental of this matter by phone as soon as possible. Providing us in advance with your flight details may also be useful: the car rental company will be aware of flight changes and may hold the car for up to an hour. Hauʻoli Car Rental takes no responsibility for any loss, damage or changes of plans caused for the reason that your flight was delayed or canceled.

Take some time to become comfortable with your rental car before you sign the agreement and leave in it. Check the gasoline type and level, headlights, hazards, windshield wipers, door locks, etc.

Make careful to look over any dings, scratches, or other damage with an agent present, and request that they be noted. The rental automobile should be photographed both before and after pick-up so that there is no misunderstanding about the state of the vehicle when it is returned.
